A Chicago-based client was looking to migrate file servers, several applications, and associated MS SQL databases to Azure while optimizing performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

Challenges

The client encountered challenges migrating their on-premise servers to the Azure Cloud Platform, requiring Azure infrastructure expertise and adherence to best practices to ensure business continuity and meet their long-term goal. Despite having an in-house networking and development team, the client lacked the specialized Azure infrastructure and networking skills required for this project.

Solution
